Mike Sun was my agent for selling the home. I could not have asked for any more from an agent. In a time when the market was slowing and our house being higher price (meaning less possible buying clients), Mike was quick to list it in a professional way. He was quick to create open house dates and maximize the number of people viewing the home. During the open house, he engaged with every individual coming in and constantly kept me updated on his conversations with them. He built great rapport with potential buyers and buyer's agents and followed up with them. In the end he was able to get me a great offer for the home and guided me through the whole process. He accommodated to my concerns of a slowing market and was able to get the home sold as quick as possible. We were in escrow only days after the first open house with multiple offers. Mike was an amazing agent throughout our whole buying process. My wife and I were eager to get into a home in 2020 and we started talking with Mike who walked us through the whole entire process. Honestly, in this market and after getting a couple of our initial offers not looked at we were feeling pretty down and overwhelmed. Mike assured us to be patient and keep looking at other homes. We listened, and continued to tour homes and go to open houses. Mike was with us at every single tour and gave us his expert advice on what to look for. Ultimately, we saw a home that we liked and we submitted a strong offer immediately after viewing. Our offer was accepted and we are now in our dream starter home without having to pay ridiculously over. I truly believe that in this market, your agent must know how to build rapport and trust with the other party, and that is exactly what Mike did to get our offer accepted. Making such a big purchase is crazy, and there will be ALOT of questions you have. When my husband and I started our journey to find a home for our growing family, we wanted to go through a few agents but once we worked with Mike, we knew he was THE guy; he is personable, patient, knowledgeable, passionate with his work and all of the above! He really went above and beyond to get the job done which made us extremely satisfied. There were times during midnights and on weekends when we had questions for him and he would always have a quick response. Not only did he make himself available to us during inconvenient hours but there was a day when my husband felt like he found our home and was ready to send in an offer the next day. All appointments were booked but somehow, Mike was able to talk the seller into giving us a showing the following day and he came through to see it with us. It made us feel like we were his TOP priority. At a point in our journey, we were giving up looking for homes and told Mike we would have to wait until next year since we were delivering our baby soon. He sympathized and was looking forward to helping us again. I really appreciate his understanding and the fact that we never felt pressured to buy a home. He's so patient and professional. This guy is passionate about making sure we had the best experience. One time when we showed up to a home viewing, the seller was away and suppose to open the doors for us through an app but missed the appointment. Mike had great follow-up skills and made sure that if we weren't getting documents we were supposed to get from other parties, that they were being sent out appropriately. He even helped us find an insurance company with great rates! While working with Mike it was clear he was very passionate about the job and wanted to do whatever he could to make the process a great success.
