From our first conversation to the day we closed spanned just 31 days! Joyce is an absolute star of an agent that I would recommend to anyone. During my search for an agent, I was really distrustful of the industry, hearing horror stories from friends of mine of bad agents. Hence, I reached out to a mutual friend and she recommended I reach out to Joyce. Joyce was very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and honest. I knew from our first meeting that she would be extremely easy to work with and is someone I could wholeheartedly trust – deciding factors that led us to work with Joyce. As someone who is excessively detailed, Joyce was very patient with all my questions and was quick to respond. Her communication skills and quality of services are top notch and were the main reasons we beat out 8 other bids! The selling agent loved Joyce’s work style so much that she advocated for us to win the home – a testament to how effective Joyce is as an agent. We had a fairly difficult set of needs to address given that my daughter is in a wheelchair and Joyce made sure to show us homes that were accessible. After less than a week of meeting Joyce, she showed us our dream/forever home and the rest is history! Words can’t express how grateful and lucky we are to have met and worked with Joyce. She continues to reach out even after close to check up on us and is one of the many many reasons she will forever hold a special place in our hearts (and home!).
